What is your return policy?
All Sales Final. Every shirt we sell is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Due to the exclusive nature of our collection, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check the sizing details provided for each individual item before completing your purchase
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door. You’ll receive a notification the moment your package is on its way!
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package's journey in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, SeamSplitter now ships worldwide. While we continue to serve all U.S. addresses, we have expanded to most international locations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. To ensure you get the perfect item, please double-check our Sizing Guide or reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo and your order number to seamsplitter@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly rectify the situation.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, we will fix it! Please contact us at seamsplitter@gmail.com and we will ship out the correct item immediately along with a return label for the incorrect one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure checkout experience through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as:
- Shop Pay: Accelerated checkout that lets you save your info or pay in installments (if enabled).
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

Is my information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and powered by Shopify. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. Your full credit card information is encrypted and handled directly by the payment processor—we never see or store your sensitive financial details.
If I see a shirt I love, will it be restocked?
No. At seamsplitter.com, every single piece is a 1-of-1 original. Because we fuse two specific vintage shirts together, once a specific design is sold, it is gone forever. If you love it, grab it—there will never be another one exactly like it.
What is the "vintage" condition of these shirts?
These are reworked from authentic vintage garments. Because they’ve had a previous life, some shirts may show "character"—slight fading, minor wear, or small imperfections. This isn't a defect; it’s part of the history and soul of a Seam Splitter piece.
How do I know it will fit me?
Because of our unique construction process—fusing two separate shirts into one—the fit is often more snug than a standard off-the-shelf tee. The seams created during the rework process add structure but less stretch. Check the size guide.
How do these shirts fit?
Since every shirt is unique, we provide exact measurements (Width and Length) for every single listing. Please measure a shirt you own that fits well and compare it to the listing before buying. Because of the snug fit and one-of-a-kind nature, we cannot offer exchanges.
