OVERVIEW Welcome to Seam Splitter. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seam Splitter. Seam Splitter operates this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Seam Splitter is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS (VINTAGE & UPCYCLED NATURE)

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible.

Unique Character: Because Seam Splitter products are reimagined from vintage and pre-owned clothing, you acknowledge that items may possess unique characteristics, natural wear, or minor imperfections inherent to the upcycling process. These are not considered defects but are part of the "one-of-one" nature of the product.
Display: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.

Payment: We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions.
Cancellations: Due to the fast-paced nature of our drops, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is placed.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates. Seam Splitter is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside of our control. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.

All content included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the "Seam Splitter" brand name, is the property of Seam Splitter or its content suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
