At SeamSplitter, all sales are final. Because of the [custom / limited] nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please ensure you have reviewed our size guides and product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our processing team. While we generally do not allow cancellations or modifications, we understand that mistakes happen.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at seamsplitter@gmail.com We cannot guarantee that we can stop the shipment, but we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • If the fault is ours, we will provide a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
